 A new apartment development named Olive Grove has just been launched in Cape Town's Grassy Park area by Rawson Developers.
This will be comprised of 70 two-bedroom units of 51sqm each in several low-rise blocks. Each unit will have a separate living/dining area and a kitchen fitted with an oven, hob and sink. Floors will be tiled or carpeted. All the ground floor units will have exclusive-use gardens while the upper floors have Juliette balconies.
Rawson Developers MD Paul Henry says prices have been set at between R440 000 and R499 000 and include one secure parking bay, while additional bays will be available at R22 500 each.
Other attractions of the project, he says, are its position on Klip Road and its facilities, including a children’s play park, braai facilities and a laundry for residents. Furthermore, security has been given top priority, with the development boasting an electrified perimeter fence and an intercom system.
Occupation is expected to be given in mid-2011.
